Domincan Republic Seminar

Topic: The Power of 7 / 10 - The ancient study of the theory of retraction

Hanshi Buchan teaches some basic ideas on the power of retraction. This theory can be utilized in many areas of martial arts. The concept gives birth to seeing more in-depth ideas in striking, kicking, throwing & Kata. The video was shot on location in the Dominican Republic. Hanshi Buchan, Sensei Jimmy Rego & Sensei Garret Magill were teaching at the Kosho Ryu International dojo in Dominican Republic. All the students had a great time at the seminar. After the seminar lunch was prepared for the instructors. The hospitality and friendship of the Dominican students was great. Many thanks to Sensei Samuel and the students for making the event a wonderful experience.
